Thank you for choosing our custom t-shirt designs! Please note that all sales are final. Due to the nature of our business, where t-shirt designs are printed per order, we are unable to offer any refunds or cancellations once an order is placed.

Exchanges for Defective Designs:

We only offer exchanges for defective products. If you receive a t-shirt with a design error or other defect, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the defective item with an identical one, subject to verification of the defect.

Conditions for Defective Design Exchange:

• The item must be returned in its original, unused condition.
• Proof of the defect (e.g., photos) is required to initiate the exchange.
• Exchanges must be requested within 5 days from the date of receipt.

Wrong Size:

Please ensure that you are ordering the correct size. We are not able to offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizes ordered. To help with sizing, please refer to the size chart provided on the product page before completing your purchase.

Please carefully review your order and the design details before confirming your purchase, as no changes can be made after the order is processed.
