Exchanges for Defective Designs:
We only offer exchanges for defective products. If you receive a t-shirt with a design error or other defect, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the defective item with an identical one, subject to verification of the defect.
Conditions for Defective Design Exchange:
The item must be returned in its original, unused condition.
Proof of the defect (e.g., photos) is required to initiate the exchange.
Exchanges must be requested within 5 days from the date of receipt.
